I was super bored early this evening. I only had one reading assignment, and although it took me 2 hours to do (yes, 2 hours for one chapter...) I was done with homework by 8:00.
I found this super fun version of Breakout that I downloaded, it's just a demo but I think that just means I can only play 10 levels. It was a fun way to kill some time.
Then all of a sudden around 11, Shawn (or maybe Sean, not sure how he spells it) came to have some milk cause he had eaten a bunch of oreos. He ended up staying and talking about sports. And then Chris was walking down the hall to fill up his Nalgene and stopped to talk for a little while, and progressively more people straggled in. It was kind of funny because right now we don't have anywhere for people to sit. In like 2 weeks we'll have a futon and a chair, but so it was like 6 people just standing. But we ended up talking for like an hour and a half. We finally kicked people out at 12:30 because both Becca (my roomie) and I have 8:00 classes tomorrow.
Just seemed crazy to me that people like gathered at our room, I think it could be pretty fun once we get our futon and chair so that we can actually have people over. Also, Shawn has a 32" tv, so it'll be fun to go over there and watch movies. I have no idea why a guy would feel the need to have such a big tv in such a little dorm room, but whatever works.
Our room really is nice because of its location. It's on a corner, so walking down one of the halls walks straight into our room; it's across from the guy's bathroom; and it's right next to the kitchen. So basically lots of people walk by all of the time. It's very nice.
Unfortunately for me, I'm wide awake. 7:15 is gonna come VERY early... but oh well. Tomorrow's Friday!!! Or today I guess really... whatever! Plus it's a long weekend =)
